Before we build anything, we understand everything.

Your business already works. You have people who know the job, tools you pay for and habits that got you this far. We start by learning all of it, in your words, and only then decide what to build.

What works, we keep. What is broken, we fix. What is missing, we build.

We don't sell a ready-made product and then bend your business to fit it. Everything we build starts from how your team works today.

  • Keep

    What already works stays.

The tools your team knows, the steps that run smoothly, the way you talk to your customers. We build around them, not over them.

  • Fix

What slows you down gets fixed.

The copying between tools, the chasing, the step that depends on one person remembering. We find where the hours and the mistakes come from.

  • Build

    What is missing gets built.

Only where your current tools leave a real gap. Then we build that piece for your business, around your rules and your exceptions.

  1. Discovery call

First, we get to know your business.

A free 30-minute call. You tell us what made you reach out, then walk us through one process the way you'd explain it to a new hire: what starts it, who does what, in which tool, and where it gets stuck.

    The goal
To understand how your business really runs today, before anyone talks about technology. We ask about your work, your people and your numbers, not about AI.
    What we ask
What brought you to us. How the work runs step by step. What frustrates your team, takes the most time or goes wrong most often. Who else would need to agree. What a complete win would look like 3 months from now.
    Your part
Bring someone who does the work. They know the exceptions. A made-up or redacted example is fine and keeps sensitive records out of the call.
    On the call
    Nemanja, Lazar or both.
    Recording
We don't record the call unless everyone on it agrees. Our notes stay out of AI tools unless you agree.
    Cost
    Free.
  2. Problem map

Then we write down what we heard, in your words.

Within 2 business days you get a written problem map of your business, built only from what you told us.

    The goal
A shared, honest picture of where your business stands, one you can check line by line. If something is wrong, we correct it before anything else happens.
    What it shows
What works and stays as it is. What is broken and costs you time or money, in your own numbers. What is missing. And a few things you can fix this month without us.
    If we need more
A second mapping session, also free, when one call is not enough to get it right.
    It is yours
Keep it and use it with anyone, whether or not you work with us.
  3. Proof of Value offer

We design one solution for your biggest problem.

If you want our help, we design a solution for the problem that costs you most and send it as a Proof of Value project: a first, bounded project that has to prove its value in your business before anything bigger.

    The goal
To solve one real problem first and measure the result against what you told us success looks like. You see the value in your own business before you decide on anything else.
    In the offer
The problem in your words, what we will build and what it connects to, who approves what, how we measure success, the schedule, and what we need from you.
    Price
One fixed price for that scope. It depends on how your business works today, how complex the process is and how many tools it touches, so we only price it after we understand it.
    Running costs
Software subscriptions and AI usage are on your own accounts. The offer lists the expected monthly cost up front.
    Tool check
We check what access your software allows before the offer, so the price never assumes a connection that can't be built.
  4. Build

We build it around your real work.

We build to the agreed scope with your rules, your examples and your exceptions, not a generic template.

    The goal
Something that handles the ordinary cases and the awkward ones, and fits the way your team already works.
    How we test
With your real or redacted cases: an incomplete form, a repeated submission, a wrong draft, a tool that doesn't respond. What fails gets fixed before you sign off.
    Your part
Access to the tools involved, examples for testing, and a person who checks the results against your cases.
    Scope changes
Anything outside the agreed scope gets quoted in writing before we build it.
  5. Launch and results

We launch it and measure what changed.

We go live once you sign off. Your team gets a recorded walkthrough and written instructions, and the manual way of doing the work stays available.

    The goal
To prove the value in your numbers, then decide together what comes next.
    First 3 months
A short monthly note that measures the result against the success measure from the offer.
    What comes next
We go back to your problem map and look at the next problem in line. Each next project gets its own offer, only if you want one.
    Support
An optional monthly plan, quoted in your offer. Nothing monthly is required.
  6. Ownership

What we build for you belongs to you.

    The goal
    You are never locked in.
    Custom work
You own the custom code we write for you.
    Other software
Third-party software, AI models and our reusable building blocks are licensed to you rather than transferred.
    Accounts and data
Set up in your name from day one. Your data stays yours.
    Leaving Lenvast
Full handover of code, data and accounts. There is no exit fee.

Questions about the process

Because a solution that ignores how your team works ends up unused. We would rather learn your process properly than sell you something that fits on paper but not on a Monday morning.

Tell us how your business works. We will listen first.

Book a free 30-minute call. Within 2 business days you get a written map of your business, whether or not you work with us.
